How often do you take new apprentices?

A new class starts in the fall of each year. Interviews are conducted quarterly throughout the year.

What do I need to fill out an application for membership?

You need to have one year credit of algebra, your birth certificate, your high school transcripts and your drivers license.
Applications are taken Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm.

Who do I call to become a member of IBEW Local 32?

You need to ask for our Membership Department Representative, Jared Parsley, if you have four years of construction electrical experience. For information on our apprenticeship program for those with less or no experience, call 419-229-2775 and ask for the Training Director, Paul Clemens.

When are the union meetings?

Union neetings are the third Monday of each month at 6:30pm. Executive Board meetings are the second Monday of each month at 6:00pm. Retiree meetings are the second Wednesday of each month at 2:00pm

How much are monthly dues?

Effective January 1, 2024
Journeyman Wireman dues are $46.00 per month.
Apprentice Wireman dues are $44.00 per month.

Effective July 1, 2024
Journeyman Wireman dues are $47.00 per month.
Apprentice Wireman dues are $45.00 per month.
